Shipping policy

Eden of the East Foundation Inc. dispatches shop orders. We currently deliver within Australia using the Parcel Post service displayed at checkout. Delivery is charged in addition to the product price unless an offer expressly says otherwise.

Please allow up to five business days for us to process an order before it is handed to the carrier. The carrier's estimated transit time follows that processing period and is shown at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address. If an order is returned or must be redirected because the address supplied was incorrect, we may charge the actual additional delivery cost before resending it. This does not affect rights that apply where the error was ours or the goods fail a consumer guarantee.

Where local collection is offered, collection is from the Sir John Monash Museum, 30 Yallourn Drive, Yallourn. Do not attend until you receive a ready-for-collection email. The intended collection window is Tuesday 10 am–2 pm or Sunday 10 am–3 pm. Bring your order confirmation. If another person collects for you, they should bring the confirmation and give the name on the order.
