Terms of service

The Eden of the East Shop is operated by Eden of the East Foundation Inc. Prices are in Australian dollars. The total price, delivery charge and any tax treatment are shown at checkout before payment.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and are able to supply it. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate replacement choice or refund.

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and must not use the shop unlawfully or interfere with its operation. Product images and descriptions are intended to represent the item accurately, but minor appearance differences may occur between screens and production batches.

Subscriptions are governed by the terms displayed before purchase and the purchase options cancellation policy. Membership purchases are also governed by the membership application terms and the Foundation's Rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.
