Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are available on eligible products where shown. Before purchase, we will display the product, delivery frequency, subscription price, any introductory price and its duration, and the price that follows. These displayed details form part of the subscription terms accepted by the customer.

You may change the delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, pause or cancel a subscription without a cancellation fee before the next order is processed. A skipped order is not charged or delivered, and the subscription resumes on its next scheduled date unless the customer changes it again. Once an order has been processed, the normal refund and replacement policy applies to that order.

If a payment fails, Shopify will retry it and notify the customer. No order is dispatched until payment succeeds. If the retries do not succeed, the subscription is paused and the customer can update the payment method and resume it. A failed payment attempt does not count as a paid delivery.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing and deliveries. It does not retrospectively cancel an order already processed, and it does not create a refund or credit for unused introductory deliveries.

If a subscription includes an introductory offer, its product page and checkout will explain which paid deliveries qualify and what happens after the introductory period. Only successfully paid subscription deliveries count towards a delivery-based introductory period. Skipped orders and failed payment attempts do not count. If a qualifying order is fully refunded, it does not count; if it is partly refunded, it remains a qualifying paid delivery. The customer account shows the next scheduled order and available management controls.
